Sewing Basics for Beginners
This class is designed for anyone interested in sewing that has not been introduced to the sewing machine. The student will learn the main components of the sewing machine and their function. Then, he/she will practice straight stitching making an awesome tote bag.
Students will develop basic skills/training as follows:
Learn Sewing machine components and functions
Measure using ruler and grid lines on cutting mat
Cut using a rotary cutter
Read and translate patterns
Practice straight stitching
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for registering for our class. The following cancellation policy will be strictly enforced:
- In the event that you are unable to attend the class and it is more than 3 days before the class, you can receive a full refund of the class cost.
- If you must cancel between 2 and 3 days prior to class date you will receive a Full Credit towards another class.
- If you cancel less than 2 days prior to class, your class fee is 100% forfeited. Transfer to another class is not available with less than a 2-day cancellation.
