If you’ve been wanting to try quilting but weren’t sure where to start, our Beginner Quilt Block Class: “Jacob’s Ladder” is the perfect place! This one-day, in-person workshop will guide you step-by-step through creating this classic block, known for its beautiful contrast and simple construction.
You’ll learn:
- How to accurately cut and piece quilt blocks
- How color and contrast bring a design to life
- Tips for precise seams and confident sewing

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for registering for our class. The following cancellation policy will be strictly enforced:
- In the event that you are unable to attend the class and it is more than 3 days before the class, you can receive a full refund of the class cost.
- If you must cancel between 2 and 3 days prior to class date you will receive a Full Credit towards another class.
- If you cancel less than 2 days prior to class, your class fee is 100% forfeited. Transfer to another class is not available with less than a 2-day cancellation.

| Skill Details: | You'll be learning the foundational techniques, focusing on basic cutting, straight-line sewing, and simple block assembly |
| Requirements: | Come prepared with your sewing machine and supplies (pins, seam ripper, scissors, etc.), and cutting tools (rotary cutter, ruler, and mat). (Note: Cutting tools are available in the Shop but they would have to be shared with other class participants.) |
